Travel with more than one hour drive time: Hourly Rate + Current IRS Standard Mileage Rates
Destination Travel (any travel beyond a 2 hour drive time): Full day rate per day + all travel including airfare and lodging costs per contract
All travel costs are the responsibility of the client and must be approved by About Face Pros
All fees including travel fees are due 24 hours prior to service unless otherwise contracted with About Face Pros
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the client’s reserved service date(s) or the client will be responsible for the full dollar amount of services agreed upon
All Bridal and Wedding cancellations must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to the client’s reserved service date(s) or the client will be responsible for the full dollar amount of services contractually agreed upon
Acceptable forms of payment: Credit Card, Zelle (214-673-2083), Venmo (@AboutFacePros), or Mailed Check (all check payments must be received 24 hours prior to service)

All payments made via credit card will incur an additional service/processing fee
